Native Indian Made: Bracelets : Navajo : Turquoise
The use of turquoise in Navajo jewelry appeared around 1880. The Navajo would often melt silver from coins to use for their jewelry around that time. Turquoise is most commonly found in Southwestern region in the United States. It is the birthstone of December and it is believed that it brings good fortune and strength. Our bracelets feature Sleeping Beauty turquoise, Royston Ribbon turquoise, Turquoise #8, Kingman turquoise, and Stormy Mountain Turquoise.
